The Amstrad CM14 was originally supplied with the Amstrad 464 and 6128 PLUS computer systems and is a great CRT colour monitor for retro gaming, providing a clear display and internal stereo speakers. With our adapter, it allows standard RGB scart cables to be connected and displayed on the monitor. For example: Amiga, Atari ST, Spectrum and Atari Jaguar are such systems that work with the monitor. Stereo audio signals are connected for to enable the use of the CM14 monitor's internal speakers.
The connecting equipment needs to be connected via RGB scart to work, for example this wouldn't work with the Commodore 64 as it has no RGB output. If you are unsure about whether your games system or computer will work, please contact us for assistance.
