Designed for achieving a better quality picture & audio from a standard PAL Nintendo Gamecube console.  Using screened video cable, we use the composite video (CVBS) signal for SYNC.  Stereo audio is wired with separate ground wire to reduce audio hum often present in cheaper cables where a common ground is used.  Signals are connected in series via 220uF capacitors - composite video is also connected to ground via a 75ohm resistor.
