UK Shipping

Our main aim is to provide a speedy service at a great price. 99% of our orders are despatched using Royal Mail postal services. Orders are usually sent out either the same or next working day.  All UK orders are shipped completely free using either Royal Mail 1st class service or courier depending upon the size of order. 

Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer our items for worldwide delivery.  The charges to your country will be displayed along with any available options.  We recommend using the available tracked service for your order.  Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping taxes or duties to be paid on the arrival of your delivery. 

EU Orders -updated as from 6th February 2021

We're pleased to now be able to offer our services to our friends in the EU and the rest of Europe.  Due to the delays and hold ups due to the current COVID-19 situation and Brexit, we're currently only offering a tracked service - which starts at £6.00.

Please note there may be additional taxes and duties payable by the customer - these are set by your country/courier and unfortunately are out of our control.

Postal Insurance & Items Lost in Post

We always obtain proof of postage for all our deliveries. If your item(s) fails to arrive, please contact us and we immediately investigate the situation.

We try incredibly hard to achieve a high level of customer service, however things do go wrong from time to time. Our returns policy is as follows:

Faulty Items: If you receive an item which is genuinely faulty, in the first instance contact us by email through the Ebay message system defining the exact problem you are experiencing. Many issues can be solved immediately simply with a little help from us. If the item is faulty, we will then ask you to send the item back to us for a choice of either a refund of the original purchase price or a replacement.  We must be notified of faulty items immediately and item returned within 14 days of purchase. Faulty items which are returned and are working upon testing may be subject to a restocking fee.

Unwanted Items: If you no longer want the item you purchased we will accept the item back providing you notify us immediately and return the item within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned to us ununused in a resaleable condition. All original packaging must be unopened and the item must be complete including any accessories or additional items supplied with the item. Upon us receiving the item in a satisfactory condition we will provide a full refund to you. It is recommended you send the item by Recorded or Special Delivery with sufficient packaging as we cannot refund lost or damaged items. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Lost or Missing Items: We receive proof of posting for all our items. Although 99% of our items arrive ok, occasionally some do get lost on the way. We ask you to give sufficient time for the item to arrive. At busy times (i.e. Christmas) please allow longer. If you have not received your item within 10 days of us receiving your cleared payment, contact your local sorting office as they may be holding it if it was too large to fit in your letter box (they do not always leave a calling card). We will look into the problem and file a claim against Royal Mail or courier company. A replacement item will be despatched to you.
