Where's My Order?
As you may be aware, Royal Mail have been undertaking industrial action over the last few months. Unfortunately this has resulted in huge delays, not only domestic UK deliveries but also worldwide.
If you have placed an order with us, please be assured that this has been dispatched (within 1-2 days of placing your order) and will arrive with you - although not always as swiftly as normal.
If you have received a tracking number from us, this can be checked by visiting the following page at Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ and enter your tracking number.
Due to the industrial action, updates do not seem to be provided as frequently. You may receive a message such as:
This does not mean that we are holding your item. It means, it left us on the date shown and is now in the hands of Royal Mail waiting to be processed. It's likely to be already on it's way to you, but update scans have not been undertaken.
These delays are all unprecedented and compounded by the time of year to cause maximum disruption. We apologise for the delays in receiving your order, and appreciate your kind patience at this time.
